Amanda is our Workout Away Pilates Master Trainer, and leads one of the South Coast’s most successful female-focused Pilates businesses.
With us since 2019, she brings empowering energy, thoughtful coaching, and unwavering Pilates sessions to every retreat.

Emily
Retreat Manager
Emily is our Head of Guest Experience, a coach at Third Space London, and a qualified yoga teacher.
She’s all about low-impact strength, restorative sessions, and post-workout brunches!
When she’s not leading workouts, she’s probably planning a themed soirée or reminiscing about her solo yoga adventure to Bali.

Is this Pilates retreat for all levels?
Absolutely! Our Pilates retreat in Portugal is designed to cater to participants of all levels, from beginners to seasoned movers. Whether you're new to Pilates or have been practising for years, our expert instructors will provide personalised guidance and modifications to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and challenged.
Do people come alone?
Over half of our guests are solo travellers. Joining a fitness retreat is a safe bet for solo travellers because you're guaranteed to meet people with similar interests.
Are flights & transfers included?
No, you will need to make your own travel arrangements. We recommend skyscanner.com to find the best deals.
Hiring a car is by far the most cost-effective way to get around. Before the trip, we'll be setting up a team Whatsapp group so that you can chat.
Guests usually club together on transfers or car hire after chatting in the Whatsapp group.
Are meals included, and what about drinks?
This retreat is half board, so you'll get breakfast each morning, and then dinner.
When it comes to dining, You'll love our delicious, locally sourced ingredients and responsibly harvested fish and seafood at our exquisite restaurants.

What's the accommodation like, and do I have to share?
