What is Workout Away Rivals?

Workout Away Rivals is a games-based class where you'll go head to head with your 'rivals'. We've blended circuit and functional training to create a super fun session where healthy competition drives sports performance.
What type of challenges does Workout Away Rivals have?

After a team warm-up, we'll hit EMOMS, AMRAPS, YGIGs and relays. Each block is different and moves quickly, so you can stay one step ahead of your 'rivals.'
Is there any technique coaching?

Absolutely, part of our instructor's job is to help you move better. They'll be by your side to keep you moving safely towards your fitness goals.
How is the session fun?
