day one 

Coastal Kick-Off

Arrive at The Cliff House, our seven-bedroom seaside home with killer Solent views.

 

We’ll fire things up with Workout Away Skill™ to nail your form, then hit Workout Away HIIT™ for an all-levels cardio blast. After a clifftop stroll, we’ll wind it down with Workout Away Revive™ before sitting down to our first dinner together.

day two

Sea, Strength & SUP

Start strong with Workout Away Rivals™, then refuel over breakfast. We’ll head out for stand-up paddleboarding at Mudeford Quay and Christchurch Harbour, followed by a coastal walk back to the house. In the afternoon, it’s Workout Away Tricore™ for that all-important core strength, and Workout Away Revive™ to stretch and restore before another relaxed dinner together.

Sunrise Sweat & Farewell Feels

We’ll kick off with one last Workout Away HIIT™ session before breakfast. Check-out is late morning, but if you’re not rushing off, you can stay for a bonus Workout Away Tricore™ and store your bags while you soak up the South Coast a little longer.
