Workout Away on the South Coast is making a comeback for the sixth summer in a row, and you won't want to miss it. Join us for two action-packed nights nestled in one of the most beautiful corners of the South Coast!

From restorative yoga sessions to heart-pounding HIIT sessions and strength training, this retreat is an expertly curated blend of adventure and relaxation.

The Cliff House, our idyllic seven-bedroom venue, offers breathtaking views of the Solent and, on clear days, the Isle of Wight. With a relaxed vibe and a serious commitment to great food and hospitality, The Cliff House is the perfect home for this active escape.

 

A quick twenty-minute drive from Bournemouth or a two-hour train from London will see you arrive on our doorstep. If you're flying in to join us, Bournemouth is our closest airport, but you're more likely to find a wider range of options from London Gatwick.

Sheriya is a talented trainer whose passion lies in Reformer Pilates, which she teaches at London's top boutique studio, 1Rebel.

 

She is also an incredible strength and cardio coach and will be teaching all three of our signature sessions.

Amanda is our Pilates queen from the South Coast, and teaches our signature strength and cardio programmes.

 

Amanda has been with Workout Away since 2019 and led one of our very first fitness retreats!

  • Join the team Whatsapp group before your retreat to connect with your fellow retreaters.

MEALS

Breakfast and dinner are included in the cost of your retreat. Delicious and nutritious food is guaranteed and we will get the chance to sample some local cuisine. Vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free? We can cater to your dietary needs.

You'll receive breakfast each morning and and dinner on both nights of your retreat. On your free afternoons, you'll be able to eat wherever you choose.
