If you're not happy with your product, return it and providing it's in its original packaging, unused, and in a resellable condition, we'll refund you.

You must return your item within 30 days with proof of purchase.

If your item is damaged or faulty, send it back to us, and you will be able to have a replacement item or a refund.

Refunds will be processed within ten working days; however, depending on your card issuer, funds may take longer to be returned to your account.

If your item is damaged, we'll cover the postage costs to return, if not we're unable to reimburse postage costs.
