Workout Away in Mykonos is the perfect way to combine a relaxing island holiday with a fantastic fitness programme, guaranteed to make you feel fit, strong and revived. You will stay with us for five nights and enjoy an action-packed time on one of the most famous and beautiful Aegean islands.


If you want to challenge your fitness and push further towards your goals, this programme is for you. You'll love our HIIT and boot camp sessions, and there's going to be plenty of sweat! Our fitness sessions will take us to the best spots on the island. If the sound of working out with the crystal blue ocean as your backdrop sounds up your street, you'll love Workout Away in Mykonos. 


With you for the whole programme is our Workout Away group fitness leader who will be on hand at any time should you need anything at all. We hope you're excited to meet some new friends too! You'll join the group on day one and enjoy this programme as a team.


The Saint John Hotel & Spa is just a fifteen-minute drive from the island's only airport. During your free time, stroll the famous blue and white streets of the old town and be sure to stop by the iconic windmills for a pic! On an evening, Little Venice comes to life and is the perfect place to kick back after your day of workouts! A complimentary shuttle service will take you into the old town in just fifteen minutes.

Workouts and Activities

HIIT Athletic & Power


HIIT is a 35-minute high-intensity interval training session designed to burn calories, reduce body fat, and tone. This science-proven workout improves cardiovascular fitness, speed, agility and challenges your fitness beyond normal physical limits.


Sunrise & Sunset Yoga


The perfect way to start or end the day. This session focuses on breathing and synchronised flowing movements. From sun salutation to the cobra pose, increase your flexibility and improve all over body strength during this relaxing session. 


Revive - Yoga Inspired Workout


Set to cool beats, this 40-minute class improves your full body strength as well as flexibility, balance and coordination. The fast flowing movements and use of resistance bands provide us with a great conditioning workout that also gets your heart rate up. Although moderate intensity, you will certainly feel the burn in this workout.



Strength and Conditioning


After a dynamic mobility warm-up, we'll spend 30 minutes practising some functional skills. This technique clinic will help you brush up on movements such as squats and push-ups. We'll focus on great posture and safe effective movements. This session ends with a short intense functional workout to kick your heart rate and leave you feeling fighting fit.


Island Bike Ride


The best way to discover beautiful Mykonos. We'll head out late afternoon from Agios Ioannis to explore the north-west side of the island. There'll be plenty of time to take pictures of the gorgeous coastline and enjoy the spectacular views.




Made up of several stations, this high-intensity workout is a combination of exercises targeting your upper and lower body. You’ll improve your speed, stamina and strength with a fierce cardio kick.



So this is what you can expect from your trip. As you can see, there’s plenty to keep you busy, active and feeling great! All activities are optional and included. You may want to get involved in everything, but we understand that everyone needs a bit of me-time too.
