Luke joined Workout Away in 2023 and is the perfect person to lead our fitness retreats. His speciality lies in functional fitness classes, and he's spent the last few years teaching at F45 in London.

Workout Away in Mykonos is the perfect way to combine a relaxing island holiday with a fantastic fitness retreat, guaranteed to make you feel fit, strong and revived. You will stay with us for five nights and enjoy an action-packed time on one of the most famous and beautiful Aegean islands.
This retreat is for you if you want to challenge your fitness and push further towards your goals. Our fitness sessions will take us to the best spots on the island. You'll love our HIIT and boot camp sessions, and there's going to be plenty of sweat! If the sound of working out with the crystal blue ocean as your backdrop sounds up your street, you'll love Workout Away in Mykonos. 
With you for the whole retreat is your Workout Away Group Fitness Leader, who will be on hand at any time should you need anything at all. You'll join the group on day one and enjoy this retreat as a team. This trip is also ideal for solo travellers, and we hope you're excited to meet some new friends.
The Saint John Hotel & Spa is just a fifteen-minute drive from the island's only airport. A complimentary shuttle service will take you into the old town in just fifteen minutes. During your free time, stroll the old town's famous blue and white streets and be sure to stop by the iconic windmills for a pic! On an evening, Little Venice comes to life and is the perfect place to kick back after your day of workouts!


Workout Away HIIT


Workout Away HIIT is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training session designed to burn calories, reduce body fat and tone. HIIT is a science-proven method which improves cardiovascular fitness, speed and agility, and challenges performance beyond normal physical limits.

Workout Away Revive - Yoga-Inspired Stretching Class


Revive is our signature yoga-inspired stretching class that anyone can do. You don't have to be a traditional yogi to fall in love with this restorative session.

You'll practice energising sun salutations to develop full-body strength and flexibility. You'll challenge balance and coordination with powerful standing stretches and move through seated twists to alleviate stress and restore energy levels.

Island Bike Ride


The best way to discover beautiful Mykonos. We'll head out late afternoon from Agios Ioannis to explore the north-west side of the island as we head to Fokos Beach. There'll be plenty of time to take pictures of the gorgeous coastline and enjoy the spectacular views.

Workout Away Rivals


Rivals is our brand new format for 2023. We've taken all the best bits from circuit, strength and functional training-based classes and created a team-based session where healthy competition drives sports and strength performance.



So this is what you can expect from your trip. As you can see, there’s plenty to keep you busy, active and feeling great! All activities are optional and included. You may want to get involved in everything, but we understand that everyone needs a bit of me-time too. 


The Saint John Resort

It’s simple, we select only the best accommodation when building our retreats. The perfect nights' sleep and luxurious space for you to unwind are essential.


The Saint Johns Hotel & Spa is located in Agios Ioannis, one of the most beautiful corners of Mykonos Island. With a private beach, impeccable cuisine and five-star hospitality, the Saint Johns Hotel & Spa have all the amenities you would expect from one of the best hotels in Mykonos. 

After a day of workouts and exploring, wind down at the Aphrodite Spa*. Mykonos old town is around a fifteen-minute drive from the hotel. Take the complimentary shuttle service and go and explore the picturesque narrow white and blue streets.


We offer either twin or double garden view rooms, depending on your preference. Many of our guests travel alone as Workout Away trips are a fantastic way to meet new, like-minded people. We will pair you up with someone to share with, or you’re able to select your own room when booking.

Meals outlined in the timetable are included in the cost of your retreat. Delicious and nutritious food is guaranteed, and we'll get the chance to sample some local cuisine in our tried and tested food hotspots. Vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free? We can cater to your dietary needs.
