Picnic and SUP Tour in London

Come alone or with friends and meet the rest of the Workout Away group at Primrose Hill in the afternoon, where we'll get started with a delicious picnic freshly prepared and boxed by our gourmet partner. After letting our tummies settle a little, we'll head to our launching point in Camden, where we'll get kitted out for our evening on the water.

After a quick crash course of the basics, our two SUP instructors will guide us through the Regents Park towards Maida Vale, passing by the Feng Shang floating restaurant and the ZSL London Zoo. This tour is moderately paced and suitable for all abilities.

The Regents Canal is not tidal, therefore benefiting from still waters perfect for SUP. Did you know that only around 5% of SUPpers fall in! Don't worry if you do, though, the water isn't too deep, and you'll be wearing a lifejacket.

• To participate in this activity, you must be a competent swimmer.
• Changing rooms are available with the safe storage of belongings during our SUP tour.
• Showers are currently out of use due to COVID-19.
• We are not providing wetsuits due to COVID-19 restrictions. You do not need a wetsuit for the tour. Suitable clothing depending on the weather type, is fine.

Note - Should this event be cancelled due to bad weather, or COVID-19 restrictions, you'll be issued a full refund within 10 days. All guests must be over 18 years old.
