Welcome to The 9-Day Reset: Algarve Edition, our longest and most transformative retreat yet. This limited-time experience blends two of our most popular escapes into one epic, back-to-back adventure in Portugal’s stunning coastal town of Lagos.

⏰ How long is the retreat?
The 9-Day Reset runs from October 8–16, 2025 and includes 8 nights and 9 full days of workouts, adventure, and recovery.
☀️ Am I doing two retreats back-to-back?
Yes. The 9-Day Reset combines two of our retreats into one seamless experience. You’ll join both The Algarve Fitness Retreat and Taste of Tradition Limited Edition Escape, staying in the same room throughout and enjoying an extended stay at our five-star resort. One booking, one check-in, double the experience.
🤔 How are the two retreats different?
While your training schedule stays consistent across both retreats, the experiences outside of workouts shift.

The first half focuses on high-energy training and coastal adventure, with paddleboarding and a guided bike ride.

The second half adds cultural depth — with a wine tasting, traditional cooking class, and a slower, more immersive pace.
What stays the same? Our expert trainer team, the structure of your daily workouts, and the unbeatable Algarve views.
👭 Will the guests change during the retreat?
Some guests will join for just the first or second half of the retreat. On October 12th, you’ll see a natural changeover: some guests will leave, and new ones will arrive. But don’t worry, everything stays seamless on your end. You’ll keep the same room, your workouts continue as usual, and you’ll have the chance to meet even more epic retreaters!
🤔 Can I join for just one of the two retreats?
Yes! Both retreats can still be booked individually, but you’ll save £200pp when booking the full 9-day experience. If you can't do the full 9 days, head back to the home page and select the shorter date options.
🏖️ Do I have to move rooms during the retreat?
Nope! If you’re staying for the full 9 days, you’ll stay in the same room the entire time, no packing or shuffling required.
🙋🏽♀️ Is this retreat solo traveller-friendly?
Absolutely. Most of our guests join solo, and we design everything to help you meet great people and feel part of the group from the first second.
🤔 Do I have to do The Mallorca Games day at the end?
Not if you don't want to. While it’s the highlight for many, nothing on our retreats is compulsory. If you’d prefer not to join the Games day, no problem. We’d recommend looking at one of our Classic escapes instead, where the pace is more chilled and there’s no competition element.
💵 What’s included in the price?
Your stay includes luxury accommodation, all training sessions, paddleboarding, cycling, vineyard tour, cooking class, breakfast and dinner each day, plus full support from our UK trainer team throughout.
💪 Do I need to be super fit to join?
Not at all. Our workouts are designed for all levels with plenty of options, modifications, and encouragement along the way. That being said, if you are super fit, we'll help you take things to the next level.
🥑 What’s the food like?
You’ll enjoy a daily buffet-style breakfast at the resort and two-course à la carte dinners during our evenings out at Barbosa, one of our favourite local restaurants. Expect fresh, flavour-packed meals with plenty of healthy and indulgent options to choose from.
🧳 What should I pack?
Bring plenty of gym kit, swimwear, and comfortable clothes for sessions, beach time, and relaxed evenings out. Laundry services are available at the hotel for an additional cost.
🥵 What types of workouts are included?
Each day includes a mix of strength, cardio, core, and restorative sessions, all led by our expert UK trainer team. We keep things varied, fun, and effective, with options to suit all fitness levels.
🧘♀️ How hard are the workouts?
We cater to all levels, from beginners to fitness pros. Our trainers will guide you through every session with progressions and regressions, so you can move at your own pace, and feel great doing so!
🏋️♀️ How many workouts are there per day?
Most days include two to three sessions, usually a morning high-energy workout and a second session in the afternoon or evening. All workouts are optional and included!
