Omicron Variant - We do not foresee that this variant will impact our ability to run our 2022 retreat schedule.

 

As the strains of the COVID-19 pandemic are now easing, we're currently running all UK and overseas trips as planned.

As the health and protection of our customers and people remain top of our priority list, things may be a little different. We may be running our trips with limited capacity to comply with public health regulations and government guidelines in certain countries, and we'll have social distancing measures in place where appropriate. Even with these changes, one thing is for sure. Our fitness holidays will be as fantastic as ever with awesome workouts, delicious food and stunning accommodation.

In line with our COVID promise, we continue to guarantee 100% refunds if we cancel your trip as a result of COVID-19.

We are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation across each of our destinations. We will make decisions as to our ability to operate each trip at least four weeks before and contact customers individually.

*If your trip is cancelled as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, you will be offered free transfer options to any other available 2022 dates, including changes of destinations. We hope that you'll rearrange your trip with us, but if that's not possible, we will, of course, offer you a full refund.

There are currently no restrictions in place that limit our ability to operate our 2022 schedule as planned on the South Coast and Cornwall.

What happens if my Workout Away trip is cancelled due to Coronavirus (COVID-19)?

 

If we cancel your Workout Away trip, you will receive a full refund or be given the option to move your trip to an alternative date, free of charge.

 

What if I want to cancel my Workout Away trip?

 

You will receive a refund in line with our cancellation policy.

 

Can I change the date or destination of my Workout Away trip?

 

  • You can now change the date of your Workout Away fitness holiday for free. As long as you select the same destination and trip length, there will be no charges for changing your booking. You will be able to select any other 2022 dates.

  • If you have paid a deposit only, your balance due date will change to reflect your new trip, giving you more time to pay.

  • If you would like to go to a different destination, you can still change your trip as long as you cover the additional cost. If your new chosen destination is cheaper, you will receive a refund for the difference. 

 

Should I have travel insurance?

 

Yes. Even before the coronavirus outbreak, we've always recommended purchasing travel insurance for all UK and overseas tips.
