START SESSION

GROUP TWO - STARTS MONDAY 23rd NOVEMBER 2020!

 

If you're looking to accelerate your fitness fast, this challenge is for you. Over seven days, you'll complete daily workouts designed to torch calories, improve cardiovascular fitness and leave you feeling strong!

 

The sessions are between 30-40 minutes each, presenting a series of interval-based challenges. You won't need any equipment for class, and you can complete your sessions anytime you want.

Don't worry. We'll be checking in regularly with you to make sure you're on track! 

Here's what to expect!

To take part in this challenge, you'll need to:

Have a moderate to a good level of fitness

Be up for a seriously satisfying challenge

Be injury-free

Workout On The Move members can participate in this challenge for free. Non-members will be charged just £7 for the entire seven-day challenge!
